Core Modules:

- Equity and Trusts in Life and Death
To explore the origins, rationale, principles and operation of natural and positive law sources relating to the English law of equity and trusts, and apply this law to practical scenarios to resolve the legal issues therein.

- Graduate Professional Skills and Employability
During this module, you'll consolidate and extend the professional and employability skills learnt in Years 1 and 2 by exploring more advanced employability skillsl. And continue work-related learning to assist in the transition into a graduate career/post-graduate study.

- Law for Entrepreneurs
Develop practical legal knowledge and critically analytical skills relevant to ethical enterprise and entrepreneurship.

- Land Law
In this module, you will explore the rationale, principles, and operation of cases and statutes of English Land Law and apply these rules to client-based problem scenarios to produce persuasive legal arguments and conclusions.

Optional:

- Human Trafficking
Develop and extend your critical understanding of the problem of global human trade, exploitation, abuse and control in contemporary society and evaluate the effectiveness of policy and other responses to migratory patterns and control.

- International Humanitarian & Criminal Law
This module is designed to expose you to international humanitarian law, including the law of armed conflict, international criminal law as defined by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, and to the law relating to human trafficking and its effect on the UK.

- Street Law: Community Law in Action
You'll explore how law works in a community setting. We'll facilitate and empower you to apply practice-based skills, learnt in Years 1 and 2, to highlight, communicate, and resolve issues of concern to communities using a law-in-action approach.

- Medicine and the Law
Learn how and why law regulates the doctor-patient relationship and analyse the scope and limitations of legal regulation in a medical context, drawing on European and international perspectives, principles, and case-studies as a critical comparison

- Project
Develop research skills by enabling the self-directed planning, research, and production of an independently produced piece of legal writing which addresses critically a legally orientated topic or issue of interest.

- Company Law
You'll explore critically, and apply, the legal principles regulating the formation, operation and dissolution of the business corporation and the conduct of its actors.

- Sexy Bodies: Sexuality and the Body:
Throughout this module, you'll engage critically with theoretical perspectives and debates around the body and sexuality in all its manifestations.
